THE LAVISH HAND-WASH PROMISEYour vehicle is handled carefully and washed by hand using professional products, clean wash media and condition-aware methods. We inspect first, confirm the selected work and request approval before adding a charge.
1Authorization and hand-wash care
I authorize Lavish Auto Service LLC to perform the selected wash or detailing package. Services are completed by hand with reasonable professional care, using products and methods selected for the vehicle’s observed finish and condition.
2Package scope and final price
Online prices are ranges. Vehicle size, condition and requested add-ons may affect time and price. The selected package, approved add-ons and final amount must be confirmed before paid work outside the original request begins.
3Vehicle condition
The vehicle may be photographed and inspected before and after service for condition documentation and quality control. Existing scratches, chips, dents, corrosion, oxidation, failing clear coat, loose trim, worn upholstery, damaged tint, wraps, paint-protection film and prior repairs remain pre-existing conditions.
4Results and limitations
Lavish Auto will use reasonable care and professional methods, but cannot promise complete removal of every stain, odor, pet hair, sand deposit, water spot, scratch, etching, oxidation or embedded contaminant. Detailing improves appearance and condition; it does not make worn or damaged materials new.
5Personal property
The customer must remove cash, documents, electronics, weapons, medication, valuables, child seats and loose property before service. Items left inside may limit the areas that can be cleaned. Lavish Auto is not responsible for unsecured personal property left in the vehicle.
6Keys, access and vehicle operation
The customer authorizes reasonable access to doors, windows, seats, compartments and controls needed to complete the approved service. The customer must disclose alarms, electrical faults, water leaks, broken controls, weak batteries, aftermarket electronics and other known concerns before work begins.
7Sensitive and specialty surfaces
Aged, repainted, wrapped, coated, tinted, modified or previously damaged surfaces may require adjusted methods or refusal of a requested process. Paint correction, wet sanding, coating installation, mold, bodily fluids, pests and other hazardous conditions require separate inspection and approval.
8Mobile service and weather
For mobile work, the customer must provide a safe, legal and accessible work area and any water or power access agreed in advance. Rain, lightning, wind, excessive heat, unsafe conditions, runoff restrictions or unavailable access may require rescheduling.
9Scheduling, deposits and cancellation
Any required deposit reserves appointment time and is applied to the approved service. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms shown during booking apply. Weather or safety rescheduling by Lavish Auto will not be treated as a customer no-show.
10Completion review and concerns
The customer should review the vehicle promptly at completion and report a service-scope concern as soon as reasonably possible. New dirt, weather exposure, spills, driving conditions, third-party work or damage occurring after release are not part of the completed service.
11Payment and records
Payment is due under the approved estimate or invoice. Online payment is processed through Lavish Auto’s secure PayPal checkout. The customer should include the correct invoice or repair-order number; inquiries may be handled by email, but booking, approval and payment are not completed by email.
12Photos and privacy
Condition photos may be retained with the service record. Marketing or social-media use is optional and requires separate customer permission; declining marketing use does not affect service.
