Existing scratches, chips, cracks, peeling paint, loose trim, damaged upholstery, failing tint, warning lights and other visible conditions may be documented before service.
Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation and defects may be permanent. Detailing improves condition but does not guarantee restoration to new condition.
Pet hair, sand, heavy soil, smoke, severe stains, excessive cargo, oversized vehicles and specialty finishes may require additional time and an approved adjustment.
Mold, bodily fluids, needles, pests, hazardous chemicals or other biohazards are not included in standard packages and may require refusal or a qualified specialist.
Mobile or exterior work may be rescheduled because of rain, wind, heat, site restrictions, unsafe access or insufficient water and power where required.
Condition photos may be taken for the service record. Public or promotional use of a customer or vehicle image requires separate permission.
The final work order identifies the selected package, approved add-ons, price and known vehicle conditions. The customer reviews and authorizes that record before service begins.
